HOW IT WORKS

1. MONITORING SOFTWARE INSTALLED & RUNNING ON YOUR NETWORK

2. ONE SET OF BACK UP TONERS ON HAND TO START PROGRAM

3. WHEN YOUR CURRENT TONER RUNS OUT AND YOU REPLACE IT WITH YOUR BACK UP, AN ALERT WILL BE SENT TO DOE TO SEND A REPLACEMENT

IMPORTANT NOTES

​

We do ask for reasonable cooperation with troubleshooting over the phone if your reporting system goes offline. If the software is not working properly, the auto ship program will not work so you will need to follow regular protocol per your agreement to call or email to order toner as needed. We also ask for compliance with periodic stock checks to ensure appropriate levels of toner on hand.

 

If your service contract does not include color toner, you are billed for color toners as they are ordered. You have the option for DOE to contact you if we receive a low color toner alert and ask if you would like this to be shipped or we can auto ship the color toner automatically and send the invoice with your approval!
