Rob Adams, service manager for Digital Office Equipment in Statesboro, recently participated in the Kyocera Service Awards Competition and was named one of the top five technicians in a seven-state region. Adams initially completed a rigorous online test to quality for the second phase of the competition held in Atlanta, where he placed second. In Atlanta, he competed in both written and practical applications. The award, given by Kyocera Document Solutions serves as a symbol of highly deserved recognition of dedication and exceptional skills. "Rob's knowledge of the way machines work and his ability to troubleshoot those machines is unmatched in my book," said Brad Blackmon, Chief Operations Officer for DOE. "We couldn't be prouder of him. He is an unbelievable mentor to our service staff and an asset to our customers as well."
