Statesboro, GA-- Rob Adams, Service Manager for Digital Office Equipment, has recently been named the Kyocera Document Solutions Top Service Technician for North America.
Adams, a regional finalist last year, defeated 592 participants to win a spot in the final round of competition in Houston Texas. Also of note, Adams is just the second ever to win the Top Technician award from the seven-state, Kyocera Southeast Region.
According to Kyocera Document Solutions, “This year’s finalists demonstrated some of the toughest competition seen in recent years as they were evaluated with a timed written exam, three timed hands-on simulated service calls, and an interview testing how they would handle certain service call situations. The professionalism and expertise that all five-finalists presented were inspiring. Kyocera is very lucky to have professionals of this caliber being our brand ambassadors and ensuring world-class customer experience is delivered to our end users.”
“We couldn’t be more proud of Rob. We have known that he was the best for years. His problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of machine mechanics is most-valuable to DOE and our customers as well. We are lucky to have him,” said Brad Blackmon, Chief Operations Officer for Digital Office Equipment.
The Kyocera Top Technician award is given yearly and demonstrates the commitment, dedication, and exceptional skills of those who excel in the document solutions industry.
